My media playback continues LOUDLY out of the phone speakers when my bluetooth headphones disconnect.

I have a OnePlus 5t. On an older, version media playback (podcasts, spotify, and everything else) would automatically stop play back when the bt headphones disconnected and I could plug in 3.5mm headphones or switch to different bt headphones. However, ever since updating to to Pie, when my bluetooth headphones run out of battery, the media continues playing out the main speakers.

I want playback to stop, so the sound doesn't blast around the office. Does anyone know how I can set this up?

Thanks!
